Quality Systems Team Lead-Waterford Contractor

This is a 23-month initial contract with an excellent salary, bonus, and benefits.

Purpose

Your job, as Quality Systems Team Leader, will be to Define, manage, and maintain key metrics for Site Quality Systems ensuring site visibility, strong internal customer satisfaction, and trending to support continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities 

• Management of the Supplier Quality Team
• Driving improvements with regard to supplier procedures and supplier change notifications
• Build relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance
• Adhere to company metrics and use metrics to drive department improvements and Work directly with global business owners to drive change and improvements
• Support audits and ensure adequate preparation for audits
• Owner of quality systems – responsible for these
• Delegate for Quality Systems Manager

Requirements

• Third-level qualification (degree in science or related discipline preferred)
• Experience gained in supplier management-related role
• Prior experience in leading or coordinating a team
• Knowledge of quality management systems
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong planning and organizing ability
• Proven Project Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
